Alyson has been a chiropractic enthusiast since she was 16 when she had to see a Chiropractor for treatment of migraines and because conventional medicine did not help. Meds just masked the pain. Her neurologist sent Alyson to her first Chiropractic Doctor. One treatment and she was a strong believer. She later married Dr. Michael Triglia, DC since she became a massage therapist which goes hand in hand with treatment towards healing the body,  It was a great match!

Dr. Budd is a native of Delmar, De. He graduated from Delmar  High School in 2000. After high school he furthered his education attending Lynchburg college in Va. graduating in 2004. From there he went to Life University in Georgia,  where he  graduated earning his Doctor of Chiropractic  degree.  Dr. Budd decided to come back to his roots to the Delmarva area, where he partnered with Dr. Triglia and is now one of best chiropractics in this area. 

Dr. Triglia and Dr. Budd are a powerful team. They bring traditional as well as the most updated techniques to better serve your health needs.

He was also voted #1 Chiropractor in Sussex County.

Dr. Michael Triglia has practiced over 25 years in Seaford and the surrounding communities in Delaware, Maryland and Virginia .

Dr. Triglia ,(Dr. T),  was born and raised in Sussex County, is President and CEO of Peninsula Chiropractic Center for over 25 years.

He graduated from Delmar High School, A.A.S. from Delaware Technical and Community College., B.S. from Salisbury University. He attended classes at Salisbury and UMES to prepare for his Doctorate. Went to Marietta, Georgia for final four years and reached his Doctorate of Chiropractic.  

Served in the Army security agency and received tops secret crypto. clearance.

He taught numerous fitness classes as well as a Chief Instructor for Bushin Kai Karate, which he holds a 6th degree black belt, and black belts in four other Martial Arts.

Owns several other companies which include ISOROBIC Global Headquarters, Fitness Motivation Institute of America, and works in Real Estate.
